Because of his hard work, Mr. Bailey has led a successful career of 23 years. As a shipyard superintendent, he is responsible for managing a team of 15 employees and overseeing the yard's daily operations. He ensures that all yard requirements and procedures are followed. He also overhauls and maintains floating hotels for the United States Navy.

Mr. Bailey has completed college coursework, and holds certifications in welding and quality control. In the future, he hopes to experience continued professional growth.
